The ideal candidate is a business-savvy, customer-centric, data-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is motivated by the opportunity to collaborate across functions and execute with excellence for our rapidly growing brand.

As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in creating accurate and actionable demand forecasts, analyzing trends, and aligning cross-functional inputs to support business growth. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting and enjoys leveraging data to optimize inventory, enhance the customer experience, and contribute to the success of a fast-scaling business. Join us to make a direct impact on Mejuri’s journey as a leader in modern retail.

What you'll do

  • Develop and Maintain Demand Plans: Create and continuously refine weekly and monthly demand forecasts over a 12–18 month horizon by channel and product category in Blueridge. Leverage statistical models and incorporate business inputs to ensure forecasts align with strategic objectives and inventory goals.
  • Drive Collaboration for Forecast Accuracy: Partner with Merchandising, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to integrate product strategies, promotional plans, inventory objectives, and market trends into accurate and actionable demand plans.
  • Lead the S&OP Process: Facilitate demand review meetings as part of the S&OP/OTB process, synthesizing inputs across functions into a unified and actionable plan. Evaluate assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and drive consensus to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Analyze and Improve Forecast Accuracy: Monitor and report on forecast accuracy metrics. Identify root causes of forecast discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and implement improvements to enhance the reliability of demand planning outputs.
  • Optimize Inventory and Service Levels: Collaborate with Supply Planning to translate demand forecasts into actionable inventory plans. Influence decisions on safety stock levels, and proactively address risks related to overstock, stockouts, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Enhance Forecasting Tools and Processes: Maximize the capabilities of Blueridge and other planning tools. Document key drivers and assumptions, ensuring the forecasting process adheres to best practices while meeting the unique needs of Mejuri’s business model.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders on assortment planning, financial planning, and marketing strategies. Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform decision-making and achieve business objectives.
  • KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on critical metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and demand variability. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders for ongoing optimization.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate demand planning processes to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements that improve accuracy, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Blueridge, and business intelligence tools for data synthesis and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting models, statistical techniques, and inventory management strategies, including sell-through optimization.
