Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of Fortune 100/500/1000 and other companies in Canada/US. We currently have a full-time, permanent role as a Delivery Partner - Incentive with our global infrastructure IT consulting client at their Montreal, QC location. This role does require someone bilingual in both ENG and FR.

Salary: CA$ 200,000 - 250,000 + bonus + many other job perks

Job Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 15 years of experience in project and/or service delivery
  • Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver services for customers
  • Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas
  • Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts
  • Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needs and follow through to revenue expanding wins
  • In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to manage a large contract P&L
  • Bilingual in French and English

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
  • Successful long-term customer relationship management
