Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT) which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), the Transversal Filières team covers application support, maintenance and developments of the application information system (including the management of major information system overhaul projects for the management bank's activities) on behalf of several CACIB business lines:
GMD Securitization sector
EXM Treasury and ALM sector
The operational transverse activities of the Middle and Back Office of capital markets (CMO).
As a Delivery Team Manager, you are responsible to our business partners (GMD, OPC, RPC, Finance, Compliance) for ensuring that the information system meets their expectations, both in the implementation of new functionalities and in the maintenance of existing solutions.
Lead the Montreal teams of the perimeter and mobilize all employees in an agile context

Co-construct with the business and the Architecture team a roadmap for the long-term IT strategy including the Data aspects and Service-oriented enterprise architecture to support business ambitions
Communicate this strategy and ensure that project choices are in line with the plan
Be an actor of the production quality, stability and proactive monitoring of incidents and remediation actions on the supervised scope
Be a guarantor of high quality production by ensuring compliance with pre-release best practices (impact analysis, test coverage, business validation, etc.) and proactive management of application and infrastructure incidents by following the action plans put in place. Ensure adequate and transparent reporting to its management
Ensure compliance with best production management practices within its teams (dev/prod segregation, ticketing, etc.)
Globally manage technical debt on its scope by pushing for remediation and continuous improvement actions in accordance with the business.
