The role of Delivery Manager is mainly to provide end-to-end project management, design and delivery for Global Marketing campaigns, with ad hoc support on marketing planning and operations as part of the Planning & Delivery team.

What you will do

  • Production and project management including end-to-end project management and production of complex global marketing campaigns including timeline management, delivery of creative assets including thought leadership, supporting assets, digital builds and presentations.
  • Internal network management and client service with focus on building excellent relationships with all internal clients and proactively manage these relationships to ensure continuous feedback is obtained and acted upon.
  • Internal consultancy, knowledge sharing and best practices used to educate and ensure all processes are followed by global internal clients and offshore teams, work closely with internal digital, brand, procurement, legal and risk review teams to deliver quality within process.
  • Management and motivation of shared services team in India and Chile to help manage quality of output ensuring a strong ‘one team’ approach and highlighting successes and any issues to the leaders in Program Delivery.
  • Contract and budget management work with our internal Global Procurement team on contract executions to help ensure all projects are delivered on budget and on time.

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum 5 years of design, production and project management experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft suite are preferred.
  • Experience in collaborating with senior management, ability to embrace process, digital and technical aspects of production, experience in a client service orientated marketing environment, embraces change and enjoys the challenge of creating your own imprint; is quick to adapt and pivot when facing roadblocks.
  • Demonstrate success in operational, process driven marketing, and proven experience in managing digital first projects and campaigns, including best practices for all digital channels and a sound understanding of digital technology and terminology, willingness to work flexible hours as required – connecting and collaborating with colleagues in different time zones.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders – including the ability to present concepts compellingly to internal teams and stakeholders, experience of managing high performing, virtual teams – global expertise would be an asset.
