Delivery Lead - Linear Rates

Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT) which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), Linear Rates filière is in charge of the information system for CACIB IRD (Interest Rates Derivatives) information system. IT Linear teams are currently located in Paris, London, Tokyo and New-York.

We are looking for a delivery Lead within Linear Filière, responsible for Linear USD projects requirements and production stability. You will be in charge of good collaboration with the development team Filière, encouraging continuous improvements, innovation, and industrialization.

You will evolve within a worldwide dynamic, agile, and performant teams, working on hedge technologies. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of functional and technical deliveries. You act as the functional and technical referent of the team with responsibility for developments. You share with our business partners the technological challenges around the solutions to meet their expectations, the opportunities, and the potential risks.

You are responsible for the production and support quality of the local team. You ensure the adequacy between the need expressed by the business and the solutions proposed by IT.

Manage the delivery for the Montreal team

1. Lead Agile ceremonies, define and monitor deliverable milestones, ensure actions are prioritized.
2. Delivery team animation.
3. Ensure the right coordination and communication with international teams.
4. Identify risks and ensure they are properly addressed.
5. Make sure we have the proper setup to match our business needs.

Support the technical and functional resources made available in achieving their objectives

3. Support the development of skills of new arrivals and junior resources.
4. Help team members resolve their technical or design issues.

Be responsible for the design of the solutions implemented by the resources at your disposal

1. Responsible for the platform stability and the solution design.
2. Help other team members to design the most optimized functional and technical solutions in terms of design, maintainability, monitoring, and simplicity.
3. Validate the functional and technical design of the solutions while integrating a data-centric dimension.
4. Contribute with the architects to the definition of the standards for implementing the IS for Linear Rates and more generally for CMI.
5. Promote a culture of technological monitoring to stay in line with the latest IT evolution.
