Integration Consultant

We are hiring an Integration Consultant for our North American team!
This is a new working opportunity where you get trained and learn new skills while collaborating with other team members. You get firsthand experience working on a variety of projects and gaining experience and exposure on various workforce management software with a talented team supporting you!
As an Integration Consultant you will be a key contributor in projects guiding clients to implement and customize their workforce management technology and strategy. In your role you will be responsible for a wide range of activities and deliver high quality solutions and providing excellent consulting services to our customers while ensuring successful integrations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to WFM and/or labor productivity projects with the following project deliverables:
- Collaborate with the project team and client
- Provide developing domain expertise to execute all phases of a project
- Gather business requirements, and assist with functional or technical system design
- Configure WFM vendor product, develop integration components, execute testing, support deployment, and provide production support
- Conduct observation in a labor productivity engagement
- Assist with analysis and development of labor study
- Use Axsium tools, systems, and methodology effectively on projects assigned
- Assist with client-facing presentation
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned tasks
- Develop an understanding of Axsium products (e.g., Opus, Studia, Planara, and Change Management); and be able to identify associated client opportunities
Client Interaction
Represent Axsium to our clients in the following ways, supporting the Axsium team as needed:
- Present and always conduct yourself in a professional manner, whether onsite with client or interacting remotely through phone, email, and other online platforms
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate difficult situations in a calm and structured way and seek help if required
- Understand, adapt, and act respectfully within the client’s organization and culture
- Support discussions and workshops with the client
- Gain familiarity with Axsium service offerings and WFM vendor landscape, and raise opportunities for additional work to the Axsium project leader
Internal Culture and Administration
- Timely and accurate submission of timecards and expense reports
- Proactively provide notification of availability and adhere to project assignment hours
- Comply with Axsium data security policies and Human Resources policies
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner with peers, leadership, and all others at Axsium
- Effectively use bench time for Axsium’s improvement and for personal development
- Act as an ambassador for Axsium culture in personal presentation, commitment, and integrity
- Take personal ownership and accountability for individual ability to positively impact Axsium’s company success
- Obtain and measurably demonstrate increasing knowledge in WFM processes and systems, through training and experience
- Collaborate within Axsium with peers through ASK and other knowledge sharing forums
Requirements
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to sell one’s ideas through discussion and presentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multi-task
- 3+ years of consulting software integration
- Experience with JSON, XML, SQL and Enterprise report writing
- University or college degree ideally in business, computer science, or information technology
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
