What you’ll be doing:
Maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships while up-selling new products and services in a phone-based environment
Provide top notch customer service and establish rapport with key decision makers
Achieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers
Increase customer awareness, engagement, and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products
Collaborate with peers in the dealer business unit, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve issues and provide process improvements
Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being a highly motivated self-starter
What we’re looking for:
Customer service, relationship management and retention experience
Exceptional communication & time management skills
Goal oriented and results focused
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to persuade & influence others through demonstrated product knowledge
Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
