DataStage programmer analyst

The Desjardins Group Fraud Management Solutions Department is made up of people who are passionate about fraud prevention. Working at the Desjardins Group Fraud Management Solutions Department means getting involved in fraud prevention and protecting our members and clients! As a DataStage programmer analyst, you analyze, maintain and upgrade software products and systems in accordance with the organization’s needs. You take on shared responsibility for the quality of coded solutions. More specifically, you will be required to:

1. Analyze and design solutions to meet business needs.
2. Understand the sector’s systems and technologies.
3. Work with business leaders to choose the best solutions.
4. Develop and improve complex systems.
5. Estimate and plan complex projects.
6. Recommend and apply best practices for development.
7. Ensure quality and solutions testing.
8. Develop and test ETL solutions.
9. Provide technical support and monitor issues.
10. Draft operating guides if necessary.

What you bring to the table

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. A minimum of four years of relevant experience
3. Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
4. Knowledge of French is required
