Database/ETL Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Database/ETL Engineer who will work on strategic implementation for IFPAT fleet initiatives and next generation data analytics for IFPAT applications. The position is for Montreal and the person needs to work closely with our development teams and internal clients in Mumbai, London, Montreal, and New York. The candidate will be involved in all stages of the development life cycle from requirements gathering to development to post-release support.

Technical Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in implementing large scale data engineering projects.
2. SQL experience is a must.
3. Proficiency in one language (Java/Scala/Python) is a must.
4. Good working experience with RDBMS databases.
5. Prior Snowflake experience preferred.
6. Experience with Informatica tools is preferred.
7. Experience delivering in Agile delivery model is preferred.
8. Experience in Apache Spark, Airflow, PowerBI/Tableau would be an added advantage.
