The Data Entry Logistics Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and managing logistics data, supporting inventory management, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in logistics and supply chain management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter logistics data into company databases and systems.
• Maintain and update RFT (Request for Transport) database.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support the logistics team with various administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a DEC in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate in both English & French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:

Position requires Level II Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
