Data Entry clerk

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk for a 3-month contract opportunity for our client in Saskatoon, SK. In this role you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our client's systems. • Pay Rate: $19-$21 / hr (based upon experience)
• Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 35-week contract

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Excel functions such as pivot tables, SUMIF / SUMIFS, and sorting tools to create, organize, and analyze tables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure all records are up-to-date and properly organized.
• Pay attention to the finer details, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and identifying inconsistencies or errors.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and optimize data management workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced sorting functions and formulas.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on the minutiae while managing multiple tasks.
• Proven problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting spreadsheet-related issues.
• Prior experience in data entry or similar roles is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
