Position Summary
This position entails providing inbound telephone customer support, determining the nature of each call or inquiry. It involves daily communication with internal and external customers through phone, fax, and email. Additionally, this role includes inputting and processing both domestic and international shipments in compliance with UPS and local government regulations.
Job Type: Part-Time - Permanent
Work Location: 3225 East Bayshore Rd, Owen Sound, ON. N4K 5N3
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Shift Start: 7:00 AM to 10 AM. Shift averages 3-5 hours a day, start times/finish times may vary with operational need. Flexibility required.
Pay rate: $17.30/hr.
