Data Associate

Job Description

As the successful candidate in this role, you will be responsible for data governance and being a leader in our business for data cleanliness and accuracy. The Data Management Associate also plays a critical part in providing great customer service for internal departments and their inquiries regarding data, entering and auditing key master data for the organization, and ensuring the accuracy of pre-existing data in our data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain master data management solutions.
• Analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements.
• Provide data governance and ensure integrity.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for improving data management processes.
• Work with various internal departments and teams to ensure a high standard of customer service for data inquiries.
• Help develop data standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite products.
• College diploma or equivalent.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable with routine work.
