Recent graduates enrolled in this program will be partnered with a mentor and receive one-on-one coaching and guidance in support of their development and to help navigate their early career. In addition, this program will help students establish contacts and widen their network to excel in their career journey.

What will you do?- Identify duplicate data records and initiate record cleansing.
- Call suppliers/internal business units to clarify and validate information.
- Collaborate with other business units and functions to successfully complete assigned tasks.
- System testing.
- Develop presentations and reports with data analytics.
- Prepare, validate, evaluate, or manage large amounts of information for decision making.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What will you need to succeed?- New graduate from a college or university program with a focus in Data Analyst.
- Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
- Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
- Advanced experience with MS-Excel required (Macros, Pivots, complex data structuring).
- General knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, digital dashboards, data mining and warehousing, business activity monitoring.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with Suppliers and Procurement Staff.
- Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work, and/or community (extracurricular activities).
- Growth mindset, with a passion for learning.
- Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks.
- Agile, technically savvy, with a knack for creating solutions.
- Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness.
- Ability to self-manage time and assess priorities.
