- Estimated length: 12 months
- Location: Calgary
- Hybrid role (3 days at the office and 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain robust reporting on which you will action changes to inventory, transactions, and cost management.
2. Collaboratively develop process improvements that deliver value to the organization.
3. Coordinate all system data maintenance and ensure 100% integrity.
4. Work closely with Finance and IT on adjustments and system changes.
5. Build reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:

1. 3-5 years experience that demonstrates fluency in inventory management practices, processes, controls, and KPI's.
2. Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to contribute to and support multiple projects in a high-paced performance environment.
3. Aptitude and interest to learn ERP Systems, technical concepts, and operational processes.
4. Consider yourself a “data” person, show pride in your ability to produce accurate information, able to design professionally formatted reports and summaries.
5. Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Excel Query, PowerBI, Alteryx.
6. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, and or data analytics.

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Globally recognized Supply Chain certification(s).
2. Experience with Oracle ERP Systems.
