We're seeking an expert Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll lead specialized and complex statistical research and program analysis, craft outcome evaluation frameworks, and identify policy and program options. Your work will be integral in ensuring DCS has reliable and relevant data, research, and evaluation information to inform strategic objectives effectively.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive informed decision-making and contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives. You will:
You have a bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related experience in policy, program, and research; or a master’s degree and three (3) years of related experience.
Expertise and experience in the following is required:
As the ideal candidate, you must have strong research and organizational skills. You are analytical and can identify opportunities, determine program requirements, evaluate alternatives, and provide sound recommendations based on evidence gathered. You must be able to work and participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. This role also requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, and be able to follow up proactively and address issues as they arise. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
Python familiarity would be considered an asset.

Most of your time is spent in a comfortable office setting. Your normal work week is 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day.
Pay Grade: PR 13
Salary Range: $2,556.10 - $3,107.16 Bi-Weekly
