Position Overview:
Compugen is seeking a Data Analyst for an initial 1 year contract working remotely. There is potential for multi-year extensions. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and be available to work CT.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and support investment appraisal tools, templates, and best practices, including cost-benefit calculators and benefits register completion.
2. Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards to communicate investment appraisal results, benefits forecasts, and targets.
3. Facilitate business case development and conduct post-investment appraisals.
4. Establish and maintain a relationship with Finance/FP&A to exchange information on benefits status and assist in booking realized benefits.
5. Manage change initiatives through the benefits transition and sustainment process, and document best practices.
6. Facilitate benefits discovery workshops and complete the benefits register through the identification, quantification, valuation, and appraisal phases of the benefits lifecycle.
7. Maintain the benefits realization guidelines document.
8. Assist in the quantification, capture, and analysis of data to support benefits realization, post-investment reviews, and organizational strategy, ensuring targets, data received, and reporting are reasonable and accurate.
9. Create and maintain a repository of important correspondence with business units and internal deliberations regarding the establishment and revisions of benefit baselines, targets, actuals, and the process of obtaining them, to support inquiries, post-investment reviews, and lessons learned.
10. Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
11. Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
12. Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, and application subsystems.
13. Develop data dictionary.
14. Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
15. Identify candidate business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action. Identify the modifications to the automated processes.
16. Establish acceptance test criteria with Client.
17. Support and use the selected departmental methodologies including but not limited to IIBA BABOK.
18. Level 2 BA are also expected to lead initiatives.
