Data Analyst - Power BI, AI

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Data Analyst - Power BI, AI to provide business intelligence support and deliver both repeatable and ad hoc reporting (charts, graphs, tables, etc.) that enables informed business decisions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Business Intelligence solutions.
2. Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, and user guides.
4. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
5. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
7. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
8. Lead efforts to troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies between expected results and actual results.

1. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
2. 10+ years of experience in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL).
3. 10+ years of experience with Power BI or any business intelligence tool including creating and managing dashboards.

1. Experience working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions (GENERATIVE AI).

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
