Job Description

As a Data Analyst supporting our FIIX Software, you will work in a caring and collaborative culture alongside passionate and purpose-driven people. You'll have the support you need to grow, achieve your professional goals and develop your career for the future.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics and have a hybrid schedule working in our Toronto, Ontario (or Cambridge, Ontario) office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Data Team with deep ad-hoc analysis that will drive performance and keep Sales and Customer teams accountable.
• Support Business Leaders indirectly by creating data rich visualizations through the use of Microsoft Power BI.
• Work with Operations teams to uncover gaps in data quality and process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate within our Data Team on ownership of multi-platform data pipeline (AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft) and Power BI analytics platform.
• Handling and analysis of data using software languages such as SQL, PowerQuery M and Python while continuously learning about data management and data architecture.
• Leverage an array of tools connected to Fiix's serverless analytical infrastructure such as: Github, AWS Ecosystem (Redshift/Lambdas/Step Functions), Snowflake, as well as access to a multitude of different third-party APIs.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 1+ years of experience with PowerBI or Tableau report creation and deployment.
• Experience with SQL & Python programming.
• PowerBI and Salesforce/CRM experience.
• Proven ability to develop processes, taking them from conception to development to production.
• Analytical mindset with a skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI/Automate/Apps.
