Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of data analysis, project management, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). The Data Analyst will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, analyze data trends, and support business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Develop visual representations of data using tools such as Visio to communicate findings effectively.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data processes and analyses.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of data-related projects.
- Employ VBA for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing reporting efficiency.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Experience
- Proven experience in data analysis or a related field, with a strong emphasis on analytics and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management is essential.
- Experience with project management methodologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of VBA for automation tasks is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate potential outcomes based on data trends.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.55-$32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
