Reporting to the EVP and joining a high-caliber leadership team, the VP will act as the COO of the Western Canadian region, overseeing essential functions including business planning, M&A integration, operational efficiency, and customer experience. This role is designed for a proactive leader who is adept at navigating a multifaceted, highly regulated landscape, while driving operational strategy to align with Petal’s national and organizational goals.
This opportunity is well-suited to an operationally astute executive capable of managing complexity, driving process optimization, and building high-performance teams in a growth-focused environment.
