Job description

Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to be a part of a team and help clients with their inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues, and ensure customers have a positive experience with the products and/or services.

You’ll be one of the faces in the customer service team, offering support and troubleshooting assistance for automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in customer service (around 2 years of experience) who’s eager to grow and develop in the exciting automation field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, and operations) to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Track customer interactions and ensure all communication is documented in the system.
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Help customers understand the features and benefits of our products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • French Bilingualism is not necessary but is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
