If so, our Customer Supply Chain Analyst Summer Intern role offers the perfect opportunity for you to grow and excel in this field.

Job Purpose:

As Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will utilize Power BI to identify and drive supply chain efficiency opportunities. Additionally, you will support customer order management and deductions processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Order Management: Assist in processing and managing customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Customer Demand Forecasting: Support the demand forecasting process to predict customer needs and optimize inventory levels.
• Customer Deductions: Analyze and manage customer deductions to ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
• Supply Chain Efficiency Analysis: Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer supply chain efficiency.
• Power BI Reporting: Utilize Power BI to create and enhance reports, providing insights into customer supply chain performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Enrolled for Fall 2025 semester, in university, in Business Administration
• Technical Skills: Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing Business Admin with Supply Chain Management specialization
• Experience in a Supply Chain Related field: Customer Service, Logistics, Manufacturing, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning experience
• Technical Skills: SAP, Proficiency in Power BI for database management and report creation.
