Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-spirited and dedicated
Customer Success Specialist who focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they get the most value from our company’s products and services. In this role, you will be supporting
Transparent Labs—a brand known for its clean, science-based formulations and commitment to ingredient transparency. Key Responsibilities- Tackle customer queries with enthusiasm, turning potential problems into moments of delight.
- Whether it's over the phone, online chat or email, you will communicate like a champ to answer customer questions about our products, while staying aligned with SOPs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are satisfied.
- Navigate challenges with escalation procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and feedback to drive improvements in the product or service.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a team player by collaborating seamlessly with colleagues, adapting quickly to changes, and remaining flexible.
- Interest in helping people by providing top level customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Comfortable navigating the digital landscape.
- Work well under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Sports Nutrition and Wellness – not a requirement but considered an asset.
