The Bilingual Customer Service/Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Bilingual Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you’ll:

  1. Receive calls from dealership automobile mechanics, dealer representatives, Service Managers, and Technicians in specialized product areas (i.e. Transmission, Engine, Steering, etc.)
  2. Diagnose problems using systematic listening and probing to determine root cause and provide information, data, and direction through research, manuals, or contacts.
  3. Handle contacts from Automotive dealerships across Canada & the US.
  4. Track information and update cases.
  5. Perform follow-ups on existing cases and close cases as required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service/Technical Support Representative role include:

  1. Class A Automotive License (310s - Red Seal License)
  2. Valid Driver’s License
  3. 5 years of automotive experience with repairs/diagnostics
  4. Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs
  5. Effective diagnostic aptitude, with strong time management skills
  6. Strong communication and computer software skills
  7. Fluent in English and French
