310-DUMP is looking for a strong and experienced Customer Service Supervisor (Edmonton) to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities for this Role:

  1. Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  3. Analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports for management to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  6. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  7. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  9. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  6. Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
