Our client, a leading importer of athletic apparel and accessories, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to add to their growing team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate reports as needed for sales and production departments
  2. Manage year end inventory files and work with finance and DC
  3. Manage inventory adjustments with team and finance department
  4. Invoicing, issuing packing slips with DC - Warehouse
  5. Work closely with warehouse manager and VP of Sales
  6. Work closely with production team
  7. Manage EDI requirements for orders
  8. Handle delivery reporting and work with VP of Sales and other department heads
  9. Answer customer service calls

Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of excel, word, outlook
  2. ERP Momentis and IT knowledge is a bonus
  3. Fluently bilingual
