Qualifications:

  1. Sales experience in a high volume contact centre environment.
  2. Computer literate with an ability to type 30 words per minute.
  3. Multi-tasker in a fast-paced, high-energy and dynamic environment.
  4. Excellent negotiator, listener, and a quick learner with great objection handling skills.
  5. Excellent English language skills.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Availability between the hours of Monday to Saturday 9am-10pm.
  8. High School Diploma or GED.
  9. Must be 18 years of age or more and legally eligible to work in Canada full-time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively as a team with a goal to achieve a high quality standard.
  2. Work in highly consultative phone calls (both inbound and outbound).
  3. Ability to connect with customers through conversations and provide financial solutions.
  4. Build trusting relationships with customers understanding their needs.
  5. Proactively offer appropriate solutions that create high customer satisfaction.
  6. Exercise patience and empathy that resolve customer concerns.
  7. Identify and maximize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.
  8. Adhere to our client’s policies, procedures, and industry compliances.
