Due to recent campaign expansion throughout the Toronto area, we are looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative who can help take our promotional marketing teams to the next level. We are looking for an outgoing, positive minded entry level professional who isn’t afraid of face-to-face consumer interaction and is eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing and consumer sales strategies.
What a typical day looks like:
Morning meeting to review client agenda and product knowledge
Receive additional training in retail compliance, marketing & sales strategy plus customer service
Attend local event or assist field campaign team to promote client’s products, brands and services
Maintain business relationships with venues and retailers
Networking and conference calls
Report and evaluate event & field marketing campaign data

Responsibilities:
Attend and participate in the live, promotional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and close sales of client products.
Deliver interesting and exciting product presentations and outline key product benefits to consumers with the goal of increasing product awareness and driving sales on behalf of brands represented
Provide an exceptional face-to-face experience to all customers and clients.
Provide product and customer service support with the goal of informing customers and making sales of featured products.
Responsible for product branding, advertising, and promotion.
Work with on-site customer service management team to deal with media relations, business communications, success stories
Qualifications:
1 year of account management/customer service/sales/retailexperience
Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, email and internet usage
Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
