What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
- Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
