What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  5. Offer additional products and/or services to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
  2. Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages
  3. At least 1 year of customer service experience
  4. A high school diploma or GED
  5. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  2. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
  3. Eagerness to learn new technologies
