Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: French / English)

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

What You Will Do in This Role

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language.
  2. Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
  5. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
  6. Offer additional products and/or services.
  7. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:

  1. The ability to speak fluent French and English.
  2. 1+ year of customer service experience.
  3. A high school diploma or GED.
  4. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  5. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
  6. Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  7. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  8. A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing.
  9. High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
