As Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and Zoom meetings (virtually)
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Present product/service solutions to meet customer needs
• Drive sales growth and exceed targets
• Receive ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a team player
• Desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training!
• If not licensed, should be willing to take the LLQP course
• Must have valid status in Canada or the US
