Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales/Hose Builder

Central Canada Industries is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Building Hydraulic Hoses is a requirement of day-to-day operations. The Counter Sales Associate will build hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications, and support custom manufacturing services. This role is instrumental in providing an outstanding customer service experience, establishing, and cultivating prospective customers to ensure the continued success of Central Canada Industries.

Candidate is expected to provide:

1. Exceptional customer service by interacting with customers by phone or walk-in. Ask questions to determine customers’ needs, advise and offer solutions adapted to their needs.
2. Establish a climate of trust with the client to promote products and services for client retention.
3. Be attentive, courteous, and efficient in customer service.
4. Act as an expert on our products and services.
5. Assemble industrial and hydraulic hoses as per the customers' specifications.
6. Source parts from our vast array of vendors for items we don’t stock.
7. Assist with maintaining inventory controls and participate in our yearly inventories.
8. Support a positive work environment.

Salary: Can be negotiated based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
