Shifts Schedule : Fridays 1-4pm

Shift Type : Private Homes

Preferred Candidates

• Must have a recent Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Valid First Aid / CPR Certificate is considered an asset.

As A Companion You Will

• Provide companionship and social / emotional support to clients and their families, share experiences, and accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery store and errands, recreational and / or social events.
• Assist clients with plans for visits and outings, organize and read mail, and teach / perform meal planning and preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and accompany clients on walks.
• Remind clients to take medication and meals.
• Note: Companion services shall not include any personal or hands-on care.
