Customer Service Rep/Customer Care Associate (Full Time) Belleville, ON

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers with purchases, inquiries and appointment bookings.
  2. Inventory control, ordering and replenishment.
  3. Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered.
  4. Booking of CPAP/Walk in CPAP sales.
  5. Maintenance of showroom displays.
  6. Accounts payable for store paid vendors.
  7. Sending ADP forms to physicians and billing center.

You will bring with you to this position:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in customer care.
  2. Fluency in English and French an asset.
  3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  4. Strong computer aptitude that includes proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  6. Team oriented.
  7. Self-motivated with ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks.
  8. Ability to adhere to month-end deadlines with short delays.
  9. Experience in JD Edwards is an asset.
  10. Retail and merchandising experience.
