About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our valued customers. You will:

  1. Be the first point of contact, providing expert assistance to customers on service, payment, and information inquiries.
  2. Act as a brand ambassador, representing West Coast Reduction Ltd. with professionalism and care.
  3. Take ownership of customer satisfaction by resolving or escalating issues and ensuring first-call resolution.
  4. Support team goals and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do

  1. Respond to calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
  2. Coordinate and schedule services, including off-cycle and emergency requests.
  3. Update and maintain accurate customer profiles and records.
  4. Support the Redux Services team in achieving departmental KPIs.
  5. Participate in outbound sales and service campaigns to strengthen customer relationships.
  6. Actively foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Customer-Focused: A natural problem solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  2. Experienced: 2-3 years in a customer service role (preferred) with a proven track record of success.
  3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
  4. Communicative: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  5. Team-Oriented: Able to work collaboratively while excelling independently.
