ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

McDougall Energy is looking for a high energy, results focused individual, as a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Hilltop Gas Station located on Manitoulin Island, ON.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for:

1. Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to all customers.
2. Maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment.
3. Ensuring all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the property's curb appeal.
4. Ensuring accurate operation of cashier systems.
5. Ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate and balanced.
6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures as prescribed.
7. Enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco and lottery products.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer service focused.
2. Takes pride in their work.
3. Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
4. High school diploma.
5. Previous experience in customer service/retail preferred.
6. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
7. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
8. Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
