Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing client accounts with various customer bases across the Calgary area.
2. Provide superior customer service to customers and clients.
3. Demonstrate sales expertise by adding new customers while also nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their needs and provide them with personally tailored solutions.
5. Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers.
6. Identify and address customer concerns.
7. Collaborate and support the sales and management teams in developing strategies for business development.
8. Must be dedicated to cultivating a team environment that encourages and rewards honesty, professionalism, respect, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality environment.
2. Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared.
3. Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Professional appearance and conduct.
6. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential.
