Requirements:

1. 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
5. Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers
6. Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time
7. High school diploma
