Customer Service Rep - Remote

Duties:

• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
• Accept customer calls and return customer calls
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
• Handle incoming customer service calls

• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
