Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Do you excel in fast-paced environments? If so, Spruce View Farm Centre presents the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently looking for a casual Customer Service Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Position: Customer Service Clerk

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service and assist in reducing theft and loss.
2. Run point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Process all incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices and product.
4. Assist customers with accounts receivable inquiries.
5. Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma is preferred.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
3. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes.
6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.
7. Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required.)
