Job Summary: Respond to all customer service inquiries providing accurate and timely information. Ensure orders are entered in the system within specified timelines. Interface with all internal departments sharing relevant customer information to provide quality customer service to all customers.
Rotating Shifts Required: 8:30am-5:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm, 12:30pm-9:00pm
