AO Globe Life is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent. As a full-time, remote Insurance Agent, you will provide individuals and families with security for their financial future by offering a range of life insurance and supplemental health coverage.

Responsibilities:

1. Help clients understand and choose the right life insurance, accident, and health coverage that fits their needs.
2. Build lasting relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their goals and guiding them in selecting the best coverage.
3. Host virtual meetings with clients, explaining their options, answering any questions they have, and supporting them through claims when needed.
4. Meet sales targets by reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and gaining referrals from satisfied customers.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry, as well as new products and any regulatory changes that may affect your clients.
6. Keep detailed records of all client interactions and transactions to ensure smooth communication and service.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the insurance field.
2. Driven with the ability to work independently while staying focused on goals.
3. Tech-savvy, will utilize communication tools to work remotely.
4. Must have an insurance license or be ready and willing to get one.
