6. Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Access knowledge is an asset)

Responsibilities

Our Shaw Resources division is currently looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative/Assistant to the Plant Operator to join our team in Coldbrook, Nova Scotia. The ideal candidate will enjoy working both in the office and in a production facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Providing exceptional customer service
2. Quoting customers for bulk and packaged products
3. Maintaining a clean plant and work environment, including general maintenance activities
4. Assisting with quality assurance
5. Assisting the Plant Operator as required
6. Performing other duties as required
