WESTBEN, located in Campbellford, ON, is seeking a

FULL TIME, CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (12 Week Contract position)

Westben seeks to hire a Customer Service Assistant who will learn and contribute to aspects of audience engagement surrounding live musical productions and community engagement including box office customer service, event logistics, facility management, hospitality, and more. The Assistant will gain valuable experience working closely with our Administration and Marketing Team at the Box Office and at The Barn during Westben’s live summer music festival. The Assistant will be exposed to a stimulating and professional environment while gaining valuable arts industry and community connection knowledge and experience.

We are looking for a candidate who:

1. offers great communication skills,
2. works well independently and with a team,
3. maintains a high standard of professionalism,
4. can troubleshoot, think critically and make informed decisions.

Interest or experience in music and theatre will be considered an asset.

Applicants MUST:

1. be between the ages 15 to 30 years old
2. be available to work 35 hours a week including weekends for the duration of a 12-week contract May 19th to August 8th
