We are currently seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Representative for our company’s rapidly expanding marketing and advertising team. Local start-ups and national brands alike call on UW Mississauga to launch new products and services, acquire new customers, and help with existing customer retention through their innovative marketing and advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Support Representative:
Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
Plan and run daily promotional advertising presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
Build lasting relationships with customers and confidently highlight the benefits of our products.
Understand customer needs and offer personalized product solutions.
Answer customer questions professionally, covering features, pricing, and additional benefits, demonstrating to customers how technology can enhance and simplify their lives.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Pass a background check and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Understand and manage product inventory and stock.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Sales Support Representative:
Excellent communication skills in the English language
Impeccable organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of retail sales, retail marketing, and/or visual merchandising is an asset
Sales skills and the ability to close a sale are recommended
Negotiating skills
Interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a customer-focused support role or sales/retail based role is an asset
