SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service and Order Entry Clerk to support our sales, production, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on organization, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the front line of customer interaction. This on-site position is based in North York, Ontario, and involves working closely with operations, production, and leadership. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer communication, and supporting basic logistics processes such as shipment coordination and document scanning.

SALARY: $22 per hour. 7.5 hours per day. 37.5 hours per week = approximately $825 per week before deductions such as CPP and Taxes. HOURS: Monday to Friday; 7:30am to 4:00pm daily on site.
