WESTBEN, located in Campbellford, ON, is seeking a

FULL TIME, Customer Service and Marketing Assistant

(10 Week Contract position)

Westben seeks to hire a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant who will learn and contribute to aspects of non-profit cultural audience engagement and tourism marketing surrounding live musical productions and experiential tourism programs including: customer service, event logistics, facility management, hospitality, event promotion, marketing and more. The Assistant will gain valuable experience working closely with our Administration and Marketing teams at the Box Office and at The Barn during Westben’s live summer music festival. The Assistant will be exposed to a stimulating and professional environment while gaining valuable arts industry and community connection knowledge and experience.

We are looking for a candidate who offers great communication skills, works well independently and with a team, maintains a high standard of professionalism, and has the ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and make informed decisions. Interest or experience in music and theatre will be considered an asset.

Applicants MUST:

1. be between the ages 15 to 30 years old
2. be enrolled in a secondary, or post-secondary institution or within six months of graduation
3. be available to work 35 hours a week including weekends for the duration of a 10-week contract June 2nd to August 8th
