Reporting to the Customer Support Team leader at the Sawmills Division Head Office, the Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for providing customer support for all Sawmills Operations. This would include providing support to the sales team regarding invoicing-related inquiries or issues. They may be responsible for troubleshooting invoice discrepancies, providing customer support for billing-related questions, and ensuring that the ERP system accurately captures and processes invoicing data.
