What Will Your Mission Be?
Responding to client calls and emails;
Following up with clients who are behind on payments;
Managing unpaid accounts;
Initiating legal recovery procedures;
Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings;
Researching client information for the application of judgments;
Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses;
Coordinating with impound lots during automobile seizures;
Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department.
